We provide lead qualification, routing, messaging, and related operational support services for real estate teams. We do not guarantee lead quality, conversion, or transaction outcomes.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Accuracy of data provided
- Compliance with all applicable laws
- Ensuring proper consent for outbound communications
- Proper use of qualified leads
No Licensed Services
We do not provide licensed real estate services. We do not represent buyers or sellers.
How It Works
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party systems, or events beyond our control.
Fees & Payment
Fees, billing terms, and pilot arrangements are agreed separately. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the agreed commercial terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
